[Toolset]: toolset displayed as successfully logged in even for incorrect data for toolset with API key authentication type

How to reproduce

Steps:

1. open My workspace/Toolsets tab
2. click Add toolset button
3. input Name and version and click Next button
4. input Endpoint with incorrect value, e.g. not existing mcp https://test
5. select API key
6. add "test" to API key param name and value with
7. click Log in button

Actual result

Toolset is marked as logged in

Expected result

error should be displayed about failed attempt to login
