[Toolset]: toolset displayed as successfully logged in even for incorrect data for toolset with API key authentication type

What steps will reproduce the bug?

Steps:

1. open My workspace/Toolsets tab
2. click Add toolset button
3. input Name and version and click Next button
4. input Endpoint with incorrect value, e.g. not existing mcp https://test/
5. select API key
6. add "test" to API key param name and value with
7. click Log in button

What is the expected behavior?

user should be notified if not valid data was input for toolset with API key auth type

What do you see instead?

Toolset is marked as logged in
