What is the problem this feature will solve?

Currently, DIAL only supports configuring authenticated toolsets via the API, not via the config file. This limits flexibility and makes it harder to manage toolsets that require authentication (e.g., API keys, OAuth) through configuration.

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

Add support for defining authenticated toolsets directly in the DIAL config file.
