DIAL RAG doesn't work with some plain formats (e.g. js, md files)

DIAL RAG doesn't work with js files

Need to re-check all other types (e.g. py, md, etc...)

it seems that now js files work fine in DIAL RAG.
But there is still no any implementation for json formats.
Also DIAL RAG doesn't work with md files as it's treated like text/markdown (only if to attach md like link as it's treated like text/plain)

From my pov it can be resolved by adding the noted Python lib.
