Found while testing: #8996
Steps to Reproduce:
- In Molecules mode, paste from the clipboard:
CCCCCCCC.
- Click
Create a monomer button.
- Select 'Nucleotide (preset)' type
- Define a base, a sugar, and a phosphate (for instance, as shown in the screenshots below)
- Delete the bond connecting the base and sugar
- Switch to Preset tab and ensure that APs are now visible on the tab
Actual Result:
APs don't become visible in the preset tab
The same result after deleting the bond connecting the sugar and the phosphate.
Expected Result:
APs become visible in the preset tab
As per requirements in #8996 :
