Rotation tool: Rotation center color remains unchanged on hover when whole structure is selected

Found while testing #9731

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Macromolecules - Flex mode (clean canvas)
2. Paste the following HELM string from the clipboard: RNA1{[moe]([m5C])p.[moe]([m5C])p}$$$$V2.0
3. Select the whole structure to display the rotation tool
4. Hover over the rotation center

Actual Results:

• The rotation center does not change color when hovered over.
• When attempting to move the rotation center, no blue dashed line appears connecting the rotation center to the rotation handle.

Expected Results:

• The rotation center should change color on hover when the whole structure is selected.
• When moving the rotation center, a blue dashed line should be displayed, connecting the rotation center and the rotation handle, as observed in Molecules mode.

Note: When only a part of the structure is selected, the rotation center's color remains unchanged on hover
