Nucleotide presets: Incorrect highlighting of the component when active tab is not component's tab #9441

Found while testing #8851

Pre-condition:
Highlight checkbox is checked

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open from file in the Molecules mode: Nucleotide preset
  2. Open Monomer Creation Wizard and select 'Nucleotide (preset)'
  3. Define any preset component (for instance, base)
  4. Switch to a tab other than the previously defined component's tab (for example, the Sugar tab)
  5. Observe the highlighting of the previously defined component

Actual Result:
Component is highlighted with a grey shading

Expected Result:
Component is highlighted with a fluorescent blue outline when its tab is not active
