RNA Builder: In Attachment points modal phosphate on 5' is displayed on the right instead of on the left

Found while testing #9120
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Switch to Macro mode
2. Switch to Snake layout mode
3. Expand the RNA builder in the RNA tab of the Monomer library
4. Select a sugar (e.g., 25moe3), a base (e.g., c7A), and a phosphate (e.g., m2np) for the preset
5. Change the phosphate position from 3' to 5' using the position picker
6. Save the preset by clicking "Add to Presets"
7. Add the newly created preset to the canvas
8. Hover over the connection between the sugar and the phosphate
9. Observe the displayed Attachment Points modal.

Actual Results
In the Attachment points modal, phosphate on 5' is displayed on the right

Expected Result:
In the Attachment points modal, phosphate on 5' is displayed on the left
