[FEATURE REQUEST] Output to file - append option

Would be great if the -o option could be extended slightly to allow appending to a file instead of always overwriting. -O (uppercase O) could mean append and -o (lowercase o) would mean overwrite

hey there, thanks for the suggestion! This sounds like a nice feature, however, I don't plan on adding anything to ferox in the near future. I'm working on a library that will extend ferox's capabilities and finalizing/integrating that is my current focus. However, I'd gladly accept a pull request 😁
