Icon sizes config

In VaChip variants of sizes are set inside the component. Preferably to connect them with useSize, but there's no acceptable config. Suggest to discuss, if we really needs this and in which format.

Current idea is that size could be different for different components, that would apply to sizes translation (i.e. size "medium" for avatar could be different from size "medium" for chip).

So size is a bit hard. Can't say I'm insanely happy with current solution either.

Let's move the discussion to notion.

What we can do if we don't want to dive deep:

• improve size prop and related logic to make it able to accept any measures - px, rem, %.
• leave named variants values for the global config (user is able to set any named variants via it).
