CDN Build

Right now we don't have CDN installation mentioned in docs even though we have iife build.

So let's:

• test iife build works (you can check we have iife in build artifacts), if it does; stop this issue and create a new one if it doesn't.
• document it on Installation page
• make sure it works with reputable cdn provider (unpkg.com ?),
• double check we have installation instructions for all build types - if not - create separate issues like this one.

The build doesn't work and needs to be fixed up, the iife instance returns undefined
