Automated release script

The release process is linear and we have no reason not to have github action or something similar, where in one button click you can schedule release.

Here's my vision on this:

• for production releases - we should have button
• next releases should run automatically on develop change
• experimental releases - would be nice to have on button, but not sure if possible - they're mostly needed for unmerged branches.
