Mask support for images

Mask image has good browser support right now. So it would be greate to incorporate it into vuestic somehow.

Here's what I though of:

• Maybe we can have a prop for VaImage and VaAvatar.
• Maybe we can have just an example, showing how this is doable in vuestic.
• Maybe this could be even an vuestic-admin only example.

Could be nice to check which option is easiest, then follow with implementation

How hard is it for user to use CSS for this kind of feature?

@m0ksem probably not that hard.

I'm thinking of something of a unique look for vuestic compared to our competition. Doesn't have to be in UI, just in some place where it can catch an eye.
