Add CDN installation example

element has an example, where they add framework to the html page directly via CDN.
Guess that would be nice to have.

• Research CDN solutions (there probably should be one that is free and syncs with npm).
• Add CDN installation to setup docs.
• Test our build works with CDN, if it doesn't - we need to create the build.
