[ui] The `Configuration` is an implementation detail resource and should be handled as such in the UI

• the Configuration resource can be a muddling concept
  • Applications are bound to Services. The user doesn't need to know about this glue
  • Loose Configurations supplying ad-hoc env vars are an Advanced feature
• the ui should obfuscate this for basic use cases
  • the app detail top level cards shouldn't contain Configurations
  • the app detail Configuration tab / list should probably come with a description / hidden behind some kind of advanced toggle?
