[Bug]: Github 0.5.1 release tagged as 0.3.0

Bug Description

If you download the source or aarch64 binary from the GitHub releases page, you can see the cargo is still tagged as 0.3.0. I can't tell if it's actually 0.3.0 or mistagged.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download a release from the GitHub releases page.
2. Inspect the binary with cupcake --version or check the cargo.toml.

Expected Behavior

Version should display correctly in the binary and source.

Actual Behavior

Shows a much older version.
