Issue Description: When the Refresh button is activated, the Accessibility Checker updates the accessibility analysis and issue counts dynamically. However, no status message is announced to assistive technologies when the refresh completes. As a result, screen reader users are not informed that the analysis has been updated or that new results are available unless they manually navigate through the refreshed content.
