Description
Docker machine drivers are most friendly when they have few requirements.
- Can the Equinix Metal project id can be inferred from a project token?
- Can the Equinix Metal project id be inferred from the user profile associated with a user token? (https://metal.equinix.com/developers/api/users/#retrieve-the-current-user)
If both of these are true, we can default the project_id.
