Driver not working when imported in Rancher

When creating a new node template based on the 0.6.0 release of Equinix Metal driver, it stays stuck after the authentication phase.
Used Rancher version 2.6.11 but also seen in 2.6.5

I only see this error appearing on the console when hitting "Next":
