Automatic release to staging once every day if integration tests passes

Automatically promote dev images (flotilla, sara etc) to staging if the integrations tests passes.

Could be set up as a cron job that runs for example 6 am every morning monday - friday.
Would make us have a more consistent up-to-date staging environment.

If the integration tests fails, it should report a teams message that it failed and the promotion failed.
