Add toggle buttons to new EDS

There are no toggle buttons in the new EDS.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like toggle buttons, like the ones that you have in the old EDS.
We use this in Echo multiple places.

Hi Ane, thanks for the request and examples. We see there are other apps that use this too, so we will get this on our 2.0 roadmap. Our designer is currently on vacation, so we will discuss internally when she is back about where it best fits in to our current roadmap for the new components.
