Error message for terminating realizations is incorrect

LSF kill failed, realization 3 was not submitted properly

As can be seen on this image, realization 3 (and others) were stopped after the individual job(s) were completed, but somehow there is a difference between realizations 3-8 wrt error messages/reporting.

Why they differ is one problem, the other is the wording for realization 3 which indicate it was never submitted.

Running 2025.04.rc0 on TGX via ssh and X11 forwarding.

This happens when the submit lock is acquired, but then the task is shutdown before the submit function has completed, and so it is difficult to know if the job has actually been submitted or not.
Should be fixed in #10297
