Add Drogon sensitivity and optimization experiments

Description

This is an issue to collect the tutorial experiments using Drogon.

• The Drogon model ensemble is available through fmu-drogon-flow-files @ 12ae18a
• The experiments needs to be in the same level as the model ensemble: /data/drogon/well_rate with an everest and simulator directory
