Misleading NPV input

A quick test adding readydates for all the wells in the input to fm_npv suggested that the well cost for wells without the readydate is silently ignored. Not sure if it is ideal behavior, I vaguely remember fm_npv job complaining about missing dates in the past but I might remember it wrong. This is confusing in the tutorial since the well cost is specified in the input file to NPV for all the wells. This affects current well rate tutorial. For that adding readydate for all the wells should solve this.

Also for a future discussion on this feature: it is still useful to ignore well cost in case of well selection for wells that were not selected. I am just not sure that it is best to silently ignore user input by default.

Nice discovery once again. I agree there is a lot of room for improvement regarding this input file. The way we specify CAPEX is confusing given that some costs have dates, but the well costs do not have dates in this file, but are drawn from somewhere else.
There are also other issues, that I tried to highlight here equinor/everest-models#150
