Add interactive adjustment of missions

Describe the new feature you would like to see

• Getting the map with Pointilla API
• (Bonus: get the point cloud also)
• Getting the mission from EchoHub
• Look at the tasks in the mission and move around (edit)
  • (Bonus: With image preview. Not available today)
• Post the updated mission somewhere (same format as the EchoHub)

These operations should be possible to do in Flotilla
