Edit Echo Missions from Flotilla by adding Mission Creation/Editing Workflows #2476

Currently we use mission planner and Echo 3D + Pointilla overlay to edit and create missions. In the future, when we delegate the responsability of managing and creating missions to other users of flotilla this process can be tirering and unclear. The proposed steps here are to bring us closer to having a better solution implemented with flotilla.
Echo offers the possibility of interacting with the 3D model though a link and upload to the model attributes, this should be investigated. We believe it is possible to fetch the mission from the mission planner, and then upload these points into the 3D model. Someting like:
- Go to flotilla mission page
- Click button "edit mission"
- Mission is fetched from the Echo mission planner with API call
- Get redirected to echo global 3D view which will have the points in the mission marked in the model
Changes can be made to the mission in this global 3D view and updated in mission planner:
- Edit panel where we can edit the mission points
- Go back to flotilla and close the gobal 3D view
- Fotilla updates the mission in mission planner through an API call
