Get location dependancy for data overview from backend

Describe the improvement you would like to see
Currently the different installations codes of each data view in the data overview page is hard coded.
We want to change it so that we can retrieve from the backend what type of data is available for each installation and then only show on the frontend the data views currently in use at the different installations.

How will this change existing functionality?
We avoid hardcoding installations codes.

How will this improvement affect the current Threat Model?
