Inlude files does not work with IPL

Seems that include content is not propagated to IPL:

horizons:  !include rms_horizons.yml
zones:  !include rms_zones.yml
fluidcontacts: !include fluidcontacts.yml

where content in the fluidcontacs-file is like this

CONTACT_SIM: 1 ~ <CONTACT_SIM>

GOC_SIM:
  - 3716.0   ~ <GOC_CENT_1>
  - 3716.0   ~ <GOC_CENT_2>
  - 3000.0   ~ <GOC_CENT_3>

This seems to end up ok in the output global_variables.yml file but not in the global_variables.ipl
