Require stratigraphy mappings present in the config

We should aim to have the stratigraphy block required in the global config.
This is important information for ensuring data quality, and several exports of Standard Result requires the object to be mapped to official names (..or at least that the name is present in the stratigraphy block).

Are fields in development a blocker with this?

No not really, they can still put their model stratigraphy in there and set stratigraphic=false to indicate it doesn't have an official name in SMDA
