Documentation: Create FAQ

We should add a FAQ section to the FMU Settings documentation https://equinor.github.io/fmu-settings/

Some features we want for the FAQ

• We should try to group the FAQ questions into different topics.
• Each question should be collapsible so that only the questions are showed by default and the user need to collapse it to see the answer
• We should have an introduction at the top of the page explaining how to use the FAQ

From discussions in the team we agreed that we want the following questions and answers to the FAQ

• Can I keep my global config and still use FMU Settings?
• Why can't I see my asset in the asset list?
• Why is the list of projects to open empty?
• Can I use FMU Settings if my project is not in SMDA?
• Can I use FMU Settings if my project is not in Sumo?
• Why does FMU Settings open without a project?
• Where can I reach out to if I don't find answers to my questions in the FAQ?
• Why do I have to access RMS in my project?
• Can two users run FMU Settings on the same project at the same time?
• Why is my opened project in read only mode?
• What is SMDA?
• I merged my user revision to the master revision by accident. What should I do?

Other relevant questions and answers should be added on an ongoing basis.
