fmudesign: Add link to docs and issue tracker in fmudesign

I would like a link to docs and issue tracker in the following places:

• fmudesign --help
• at the end of every fmudesign run, e.g. "Thank you for using fmudesign, if you find any bugs or have any feature requests, please ..."
• if fmudesign raises an error (e.g. ValueError or whatever), then I want the user to see a link to an issue tracker along with a message on how to report
