Resizing the window can cause some modules to keep changing their content size. It seems that it only happens at certain screen sizes (or it's just the act of resizing causing something to re-trigger the sizing).

In the above video, I was only able to trigger it specifically in Chrome, at zoom level 90%. Both modules (SimulationTimeSeries and InplaceVolumesPlot) in this case uses the useElementSize util on the view's root element...
