Node.js 12 actions are deprecated warnings

We are using your action and appreciate your work on it. Recently we have been getting warnings from Github Actions about deprecated Node.js usage in your action.

Node.js 12 actions are deprecated. For more information see: https://github.blog/changelog/2022-09-22-github-actions-all-actions-will-begin-running-on-node16-instead-of-node12/. Please update the following actions to use Node.js 16: equitybee/team-label-action

We have mostly upgraded all of our deprecated items but one still remains that is coming from this action usage. Would you be able to update Node version on this Action?
