English localization/英文本地化

Thanks for offering to help with this. Contributions are very welcome!

A good first pass would be to open a small PR focused on one area of the UI at a time, for example Settings or the session/notification panels.

A few pointers:

• Most user-facing strings live in PingIsland/Resources/en.lproj/Localizable.strings and PingIsland/Resources/zh-Hans.lproj/Localizable.strings.
• If you find Chinese text hard-coded in SwiftUI, please wrap it with AppLocalization.string("...") and add the matching entries to both localization files.
• Please keep format placeholders aligned between languages, for example %@, %lld, %d, etc.
• No need to localize debug logs or developer-only strings in the first PR.
• After changes, please switch the app language to English in Settings and do a quick visual pass for clipped or awkward copy.
