128GB free on Dest, no Plot archived

Describe the bug

I had several archive hard disks. 2 of them had 128GB free space each. I was plotting K32 plots. These plots where archived to other disks, not the ones with 128GB free space.

To Reproduce

1. Have one or more disks with 128GB free space
2. Have one or more disks with much more space, eg 1TB
3. Plot a k32 plot
4. Let the plot archive

Expected behavior

The free 128GB space is used to archive the plot.

Thanks for the reminder. We have a 1.2 factor on the plot size...

I think this is old and likely isn't needed, or can at least be much smaller now. I'll look into it now.

I already merged it, but the PR is #749. If you want to try this out now, you can use the regular installation instructions but specify @development instead of @main. Hopefully we'll do a release in the next few days. Note that there have been some changes regarding archival configuration so you would need to update your config file. You would get an error when you first run plotman with a link to instructions on the wiki as to what to do.
