Add job summaries

Summary

Add a job summary to each of the action variants. As of writing I have no concrete use case in mind. If you have any ideas feel free to post a comment.

One potential use case is to add more contextual information to be able to understand the outcome at a glance. E.g. that 5 tools could be updated from version X to version Y but only tool A and B where updated because of the configured maximum.
