use third party plugins to manipulate with a layer that is an image #453

Can this possibly work? I managed to do it by passing the generated canvas to the third party plugin(camanjs), it was working somewhat fine, until the point where I tried to save the image, kinect's toDataURL() used the original image instead of the one that was manipulated with using camanjs..
