For the Use NoCoffee prompt, the Chrome extension store listing page seems to have been taken down at some point.
For users that already installed the extension, the extension was automatically deactivated with a note that it violates the Chrome Web Store policy (see attachment).
The original blog post for NoCoffee is still up and links to the same 404ed Chrome Web Store listing.
A fork of NoCoffee on Github for the extension was made public 6 years ago (that includes support for Firefox as well), but no releases are prebuilt and published for users to install easily.
