About: expand V14 thanks line, drop the wheel-reports bullet

Per user feedback. The 'Everyone who files wheel reports' line read as
filler — those people are also captured by 'Missed you? Open an issue.'
The V14 line gets a touch more warmth: 'making my awesome V14, the
wheel that started this whole thing.'
