Is download-rate=0B/s a problem?

OtterSync makes a little progress when erigon wakes up, then stalls. Qs:

• what does (357/357 files) 6.92% mean? I didn't see any values in earlier logs that were not 357/357 files.
• what's erigon doing or waiting on under the hood when downloading stalls?
• I have non-zero p2p peers, are these the same peers i need for the torrent download?
• Anything special I should do to get downloads going again or just chill & let it do it's thing?
