meta: Remove delay on voting for Info Actions #64
Description
For most GovActions I post notice on how I intend to vote some 5 days before I actually vote. This gives people who have delegated to me, to change their delegation before I vote.
Since Info Actions really only show support or opposition to what is proposed. Info Actions are usually followed by and action that make a change to the chain rules or allocates money from the Treasury.
Therefore for Info Actions, I will vote as as soon as I come to a decision to support or oppose a action. The followup governance action will have the normal delay,
