Your Erlang LS can be downloaded from Asset releases https://github.com/erlang-ls/erlang_ls/releases
I have explained how to consume it with IntelliJ here https://github.com/redhat-developer/lsp4ij/blob/main/docs/user-defined-ls/erlang-ls.md
It would be very nice to have the same thing for ELS DAP at https://github.com/erlang-ls/els_dap/releases to avoid buiding the ELS DAP and provide the capability to consume it.
