Failure on lscpu query on Android

Hi, I build a simple face detection example with Simd arm64-v8a build
When I run my command line executable on my smartphone, it shows the following error messages, which seems originated from SimdBaseCpu.cpp
We need to handle this on Android platform where lscpu does not exist.

sh: lscpu: inaccessible or not found
sed: bad regex 'Model name:\s{1,}': trailing backslash (\)
