not possible to download files with err-fileshare

i am trying to download a testfile from ~/errbot/data/public/testme.txt with a xmpp client

instantmessages to my errbot:
!ls

testme.txt

!download testme.txt

Computer says nooo. See logs for details:
'XMPPBackend' object has no attribute 'send_stream_request

my Errbot has the version 4.2.1 (python3)

I even don't get a list when I make !ls do I have to do something special for getting this running?

You have some files in ~/errbot/data/public/ that can be listed?

Yes... Test.txt bit it won't show anything by ls.. If u have xmpp please
