Allow game captures/players to be "reversed"

For any on-site events, it's useful to have the game captures/players in the reverse order, for example on a 2 player layout: left: player 2 | right: player 1. This should be a toggle-able option though as in some cases we don't want it.

Due to the implementations coming from #57, I don't think we need this anymore for ESA on-site events. Maybe would be nice for sister events that have no scanners?
