Description
This is a tracking issue for the various updates we need to make to the bot for the new triage process (working on documentation right now and will link to it from this issue when complete).
Tasks to complete:
- When an issue is opened, automatically add it to the "Triage" project
- Remove the auto-comment when the "needs info" label is added
- When an issue is closed with the "needs info" label, auto-comment that the issue was closed due to missing information
- When an RFC is opened referencing an issue, move that issue to the "RFC Opened" column in the Triage project
- When a pull request is opened referencing an issue, move that issue to the "PR Opened" column in the Triage project
