Support for CORE1 forcing for fesom-2.x

At the moment fesom-2.6 cannot be run with CORE1 forcing but crashes due to missing input files. I propose to fix this shortcoming by including a section for CORE1 forcing into esm_tools/configs/components/fesom/fesom.forcing.yaml. The following lines would do the job:

I don't see the pull-request but your branch mbutzin-patch-1. Once your branch is pushed (as it is already) the only thing you need to do is to navigate in GitHub to Pull Requests > New Pull Request > click where it says compare: release and select your branch > Create pull request and give a minimal description.

If you can do this it would be super helpful for us. It triggers a set of automatic tests and it also allows us to do reviews before we approve the merge into release.
