Ssb demodulation random problem

I'm having a strange problem.
Sometimes, as soon as I turn on the radio and center an SSB transmission, the demodulation isn't clear (as if I can't center the SSB, but in reality the frequency is correct).
If I turn the radio off and on again (staying on the same frequency and mode), the audio becomes clear and the SSB demodulation is perfect.
What could it be?
I use 2.32 version.

• How is the frequency looks like? Is it divisible by 1 kHz, or there are sub kHz digits?
• Do you use Calibration?
• Did it happen in 2.30 and earlier?

Hi, it seems to be happening starting with 2.30, but I'm not 100% sure. The optimal LSB calibration on 40 meters on my radio is +570, and I always leave it that way. When problem happens, it's as if the processor crashed; the audio becomes sharp/metallic/sibilant, and I can't center the SSB. Turning it off and on again 90% of the time gets it working properly again on the first try, but sometimes I need to reboot twice. The step I use is 1k. Could you roll back to 2.30 and try to reproduce the problem on it? The reason I'm asking is that in 2.31 the I2C bus is overclocked, and this can affect the Si4732 chip in strange ways.
