Facing a severe issue - " Disabled on COM 5 " when using ESP32 Board

Hello Coders,
I am facing a severe issue for the first time and not getting any solution for this on the internet. The error says "Disabled on COM 5" as soon as I select the board type as ESP32 and then if I upload the code it gives the following error. I tried installing the new Driver for ESP32 but it still shows the same error. Please find the attached screenshots below. Please someone help me out of this issue.

Did you ever find a fix for this problem? I have the same error, and not obvious why...
