• on the basis on the ci(noglib): Remove examples in noglib #648 (forgot released some fixes in BSP), I decided to make this python script (with copilot) for check all components, and how many changes was there after last release. And if the change was only .md file or another. You can try it in console, my windows terminal looks like this:

Added CI, which generates HTML after each push to master. The HTML is pushed to GitHub pages: https://espressif.github.io/esp-bsp/release_checker.html

You can use it locally like this:

python .\.github\ci\release_checker.py

And after run, you can put component name and see all changes from latest release except *.md files.
